Dance of Persia

DANCE OF PERSIA: Issue 1, 2026 is the most unique and extensive global compilation ever assembled to showcase the vibrant world of Iranian movement and its practitioners. This landmark publication serves as a definitive Persian Dance Encyclopedia, offering both a global view of international performers and a local focus on the instructors and academies keeping these traditions alive. Whether you are a student of dance, a cultural enthusiast, or a professional looking for the largest distribution of Persian artistic talent, this book provides unprecedented access to the leaders of this beautiful art form.
Inside this volume, you will discover the stories and expertise of over 100 dedicated artists, including world-renowned figures and rising stars. The book highlights the remarkable career of Niosha, a two-time cancer survivor and educator who founded the Niosha Dance Academy to share the "rich tapestry of Persian dance" across the world. You will also meet Pedram Nazer Adl, founder of the National Choreography School of Iran, who has performed with global icons like Jennifer Lopez and Rihanna, and Dr. Karim Taghinezhad, a senior opera director who has authored 11 books on the performing arts.
